Cancellation policy for goods

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Prima Systeme GmbH, Hamburger Straße 22a, 23845 Itzstedt, info@kitchendoors24.com, telephone: 0 45 35 - 297 2917, fax: 0 45 35 - 13 19) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (letter, fax or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form template—this template is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (additional charges arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us cannot be refunded) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For such refund, we will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will we charge you for such refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever occurs first.

You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, this amounts to 60 EUR. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods for purposes other than checking the quality, properties, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not manufactured in advance and for the production of which custom demands by the consumer are decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Contracts for the supply of goods which may spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been broken after delivery.

Contracts for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Contracts for the delivery of goods whose value depends on fluctuations in financial markets over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of the contractually agreed upon services already provided prior to your notification to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply for the following contracts:

Contracts for the provision of services, including financial services, whose value depends on fluctuations in financial markets over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period, in particular services in connection with shares, units in open investment funds within the meaning of § 1 paragraph 4 of the German Investment Code, and other tradable securities, foreign exchange, derivatives or money market instruments.

Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than for residential purposes, carriage of goods, rental of vehicles, delivery of food and beverages as well as for the provision of further services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of such services.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have completed the service and have only begun the execution of the service after you have given your explicit consent and at the same time have confirmed your knowledge of the fact that you lose your right of withdrawal upon us completing the contract.
