Handling shipping damage
We carefully inspect the goods before packing them. The Seller warrants that the goods sold are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of the transfer of risk. Each shipment, whether parcel or pallet, is optimally packed and insured.
Should damage nevertheless occur in an exceptional case, the customer is asked to complain about the transport damage immediately to the driver, to document the damage if possible (pictures, etc.), and to receive a confirmation from the driver. Afterward please contact us so that we can assert the claims against the transport company.
To process the claim, we need the following information from you:
Invoice and order number
Written / pictorial representation of the damage
Confirmation by the driver / supplier
It would be helpful if you can document the damage with photos to help process the case of damage.
